Shipping Within India

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days depending on your location
  • Shipping Partners: We use reliable courier services for safe delivery
  • Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Pricing Available at checkout
  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹ 30,000
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery

Packaging

As fellow collectors, we know how important proper packaging is. Every model is:

  • Carefully inspected before shipping
  • Wrapped in protective bubble wrap
  • Packed in sturdy boxes with cushioning material
  • Sealed securely to prevent damage during transit

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer:

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Refund Method: Original payment method or store credit
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Explain the reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back in original packaging
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened collectibles (unless defective)
  • Limited edition models with broken seals
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Custom or special order items

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping coming soon!

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date
